Our expert team will help ensure you get the event you’ve been looking for from day 1. Featuring our high end electric go-karts on the multi-level track as-well as the immersive arcade. *Note: When booking reservations, full payment (100% Deposit) is required. Cancellations will be refunded 50% if 24 hour notice is provided.

Private Heat
Reservations
(0 – 12 Guests Per Heat)
*Note: Same day booking for Private Heats requires that your entire party be present at The Grid.
- Buy out every seat for private racing in your heat (during public hours only)
- Requires Reservations up to 72 hours in advanced
- Up to 12 Racers per heat
- You must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled heat
- 3 Private Heats is the max amount allowed per group, per day.
- Rental of Arcade/Event Space is required to bring in outside food or drink
- No Refunds On Private Heat Reservations (all no-shows will result in re-scheduling in the next available heat)
Event Space/Arcade

- Private Event Space for your Group/Party
- Reservations up to 1 Year in Advance
- Food & Beverage: You can arrange outside catering (preferred caterers list available)
- 100% Free Arcade Play for all Attendees of your Private Group

- Your Race is Private (members of the public will not join your race)
